R dropping her single made me think how difficult it was for Jennie having her solo first. At that time, BP was just couple of years old, wherein they were just starting to have a fanbase although Jennie was already famous back then, still, it was probably a nerve wracking experience to perform alone after getting used to always having the girls up on stage with her. But she's a queen and Solo's incredible success wasn't surprising at all. Compared to now, if any of them drop a single, support from fans won't be a problem at all because they already established a solid fanbase worldwide. I can't wait for Jennie to have another single, it will be amazing for sure! I hope that the next single she drops is more of a powerful kind of song, like a fight song vibe (addressed to her no-life-jealous haters 😂) , to showcase more of her rapping skills. Solo is a great song and I love it but I believe it didn't do justice to Jennie's incredible talent as an all-rounder kind of an artist 💕

I wish the day would come when Jennie would get the support she deserves. She was sent death threats, thrown under the bus and harshly criticized for releasing a solo first. They accused her of being the “princess” when YG even unlisted 1 of her 2 Solo interviews and gave her bare minimum promotion. The comments on her IG were too much for her to take that she had to delete more than a hundred photos/videos of her Solo performances. She loves blinks but they can’t give the same love back. She deserves a better fandom tbh.
